Kim Lutz

Hi There
I’m Kim Lutz, President, CEO, Owner

I graduated and obtained my Credential in 1979, I have had a lot of years to experience all of the ins and outs of our business. l am thankful for the opportunity to work in this industry and I enjoy teaching and helping our clients to be successful in their careers. I have never regretted choosing this career and I appreciate my family and their understanding when I have to be away, I love coming home to our oasis in the foothills of El Dorado County where I can enjoy working in my garden, enjoying my horse, and watching my chickens wander around our property.

Darla Ketscher, RHIA

I graduated with a degree in “Health Information Management” and have never thought to change careers. My work in Health Information Management started out in  Acute Care Hospital HIM Management and now in HIM Consulting to both Inpatient and SNF facilities. I’ve seen many changes in the HIM field over the years and I enjoy keeping my facilities trained and updated.  

William (Bill) Wakefield Roush II, RHIA, RHIT, BSHI

I started in “Health Information Management” in 1990 in LTC. I earned my RHIT in 1999. Recently I went back to school for my RHIA. I have been an AHIMA-Approved ICD-10-CM Trainer since 2013. I have trained thousands of people since then! I like to help people understand how to code correctly in the LTC setting!

Linnette Placido, CCS

I having been working in healthcare since I was 18. I started in a small insurance company for self-funded employee benefits. I worked employee benefits for 20 years before making the change to working on the hospital side. I have a CCS I am a trainer, coder auditor, and charger. I love this work and I find it to be rewarding and challenging. You learn something new every single day especially when you are training and auditing!
